My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The rooms made me feel like I was in a 4-5 star hotel as they were clean, nicely appointed, and a good size. However, they did not match the online images, and the bed and floor were squeaky, making it noisy with constant movements heard. The service needs improvement despite being extremely friendly and pleasant. The TV volume was too loud, making conversations difficult, and it felt somewhat unprofessional. The location was a bit tricky to find, tucked behind a gas station, but it was perfect to reach various California destinations. Yet, the proximity to the freeway made traffic a challenge. Dining was a mixed bag with low food availability and abrupt closure announcements, but the pricing was quite reasonable for what was offered. The facilities overall were satisfactory.
